The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially Alaine who granted us an early check-in at 11:30 am. the breakfast selection was impressive, with made-to-order pancakes and a variety of options. the shuttle service, operated by Raj and Hector, was prompt and convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The hotel's proximity to the airport and downtown area made it a perfect base for our adventures. the outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center were excellent amenities, allowing us to relax and stay active during our trip. the plush bedding ensured a comfortable night's sleep, while the attentive housekeeping staff kept our room clean and refreshed. the evening reception was a nice touch after a long day of exploring. the central location near the River Walk and various shopping and dining options made it easy for us to enjoy everything San Antonio has to offer. Overall, Holiday Inn Express provided a top-notch experience that combined convenience, comfort, and exceptional service.
